If you do not receive your Favorites within the allotted time frame after placing your order, we will refund your money. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days and cannot be extended; after that date, we are unable to offer you a full refund.
After we receive your request for a refund, we will send you an email to let you know that your request has been received. We will also provide you with the status of your refund, including whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, your credit card or original method of payment will be credited within a certain amount of days.
