If you don’t receive your Favorites, Etsy Optimization, or Ranking Boost services within the specified time frame after placing your order, we will refund your money. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days and cannot be extended; beyond that date, we are unable to offer you a full refund.
Upon receiving your refund request, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your request. We will also update you on the status of your refund, including whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, your credit card or original method of payment will be credited within a specific number of days.
Favorites: If you do not receive the requested number of Favorites within the allotted time frame, you are eligible for a refund.
Etsy Optimization: If you feel that your listings have not been adequately optimized according to the Etsy Search Algorithm within the specified time frame, you may request a refund.
Ranking Boost: If you do not see any improvement in your Etsy ranking within the allotted time frame, you may request a refund.
Additional Services (A/B Testing, Etsy Trends, and Seasonal Traffic): If you do not receive the promised services or are unsatisfied with their execution within the specified time frame, you may request a refund.
